Vitamin E has been essential in my life for years. These are easy to swallow. No aftertaste and come with enough to last you a while. There are plenty of noticeable benefits for men and women.

Easy to use, decent value

I was missing vitamin E in my daily supplement mix, so I added these to fill that gap. They seem like a good value, considering you get around 9 months worth of supplements for a pretty reasonable price-- more if you stagger them every other day as I am doing. These don't seem to have any particular flavor, maybe if you chewed them they would. They aren't the smallest gel caps I've seen (vitamin A capsules are generally smaller) but they aren't large, either. I feel that these are a good value for a necessary supplement.
