Niacinamide (Vitamin B-3) is a form of Niacin, a water-soluble B-vitamin. Unlike regular Niacin, Niacinamide doesn't induce the uncomfortable "flush" that usually occurs with high doses. It easily converts into bioactive forms - NAD+, NADH, NADP, and NADPH - which are fundamentally important for energizing cells and keeping DNA stable.*
Niacinamide and Niacin are two different forms of Vitamin B-3. Niacinamide does not cause a Niacin flush.
