Highly stabilized form of l-carnitine supporting cardiovascular health and recovery from exercise*

l-Carnitine is an amino acid commonly found in skeletal and cardiac muscles. It helps with fat oxidation and the transport of short and medium-chain fatty acids out of mitochondria. A randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trial with 101 volunteers revealed that l-Carnitine promoted healthy cardiac enzymes, such as lipid peroxides and lactate dehydrogenase.
