I was extremely skeptical, but was my last resort of solving my high cholesterol that I've had for years. I really did not want to go on statins and new even though my cholesterol runs high genetically, that if I make lifestyle changes that I could get it under control. Figured that, along with taking these, what could hurt? If it doesn't work, I'll stop and go on statins. Been taking it for a year and it WORKS! Again, it helped that my diet and exercise got cleaned up as well and consistent, and here and there I still enjoy other food but I just don't eat junk all the time. Brought my Triglycerides down and LDL down by 30 points. I'm going to keep at it.

I am an RN & I didn't want to take statins. I was taking cholestoff complete for years & all my numbers improved but it was expensive. After taking this a month, I was due for routine blood work & I had cheated a couple times with fried food & being we were moving I didn't have time for my daily walk. So I was worried about these labs, but everything greatly improved much to my surprise my numbers were even better than while I was taking cholestoff & my Dr was so impressed, he wanted the name of the supplement. I will definitely continue taking this!
