Seems to be good. Of course, it's hard to know with vitamins/supplements like this. I have no way of verifying that it's doing what it says it is. But, I have no problems with this product except they are a little bit on the chalky side. There are better tasting calcium chews out there. This doesn't have a ton of sugar, so I'm ok with the taste.

We use so many of this brand of supplements. This one is not my childs favorite, will still take it. It is quite large, one of the biggest my child takes. I feel like it has helped and we continue to use this brand!
