I ordered a bottle of these due to having serious brain fog, memory, and attention problems. I have ADHD and my memory sucks after suffering through COVID. Initially, I wasn't certain it was doing anything. I read that it takes about a month to get in your system. Approximately 2 weeks in I noticed that I could be awakened at night and think clearly. My spouse has Type 1 diabetes and I sometimes have to wake up in the night to help her balance her sugar levels. I have stopped feeling like an air head, and my memory and focus are so much better. I have started the subscription plan, because I can think clearly be effective. These really work.
