I always had very low vitamin D so the Dr recommended I take vitamin D. I’d been taking 1,000 iu but it didn’t seem to do the trick. I’ve been taking this for 6 months & my annual blood work showed my levels too high so I was told to cut back. I’ve switch back to 1,000 to see how it goes. So it definitely works if you are REALLY low.

I've taken every single supplement, herb and vitamin that you can name but ever since after taking this vitamin D. I have not gotten sick!!!
