Melatonin, a derivative of tryptophan and serotonin, is a key pineal hormone secreted by the retina in response to light and dark. Bright light has the potential to inhibit melatonin production, and long-term exposure to electromagnetic fields may suppress its secretion.
I like the stronger version and it tastes good. I primarily use it when I wake up during the night to get back to sleep
I take this every night! Tastes good, too...
Take about 30 minutes before your off to bed...works like a charm! Now, if you don't go on to bed...then you sort of waste that good, sleepy mode and get a 2nd wind!
