Great knowing that I can easily add my B12 to the rest of my nutritional needs. The Trace brand is great and I love that they are liquid for easy use by the body and being able to regulate and change what is needed for each day and the changing body.

These drops have totally changed my energy levels. I have taken b12 in capsule/pill form before and it was not nearly as potent. These are easy to add to your water bottle and you can’t really taste them. Highly recommended
