l-Carnitine is an amino acid found in significant quantities in skeletal muscle. It is responsible for the metabolism of fat, promoting the transportation of fatty acids to mitochondria for oxidation, thus producing energy. Additionally, l-Carnitine facilitates the elimination of short and medium chain fatty acids from mitochondria, generated during normal metabolic processes. 
Each VCapsule Contains
L-carnitine (free-form) 340 mg
(from 500 mg. of l-carnitine-l-tartrate)
Vitamin C (as ascorbyl palmitate) 12 mg.

Other ingredients:hypo-allergenic plant fiber, vegetable capsules.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 vegetarian capsules daily, in divided doses, between meals.
