As I am getting older, my bones need additional nutrients. I’ve only been taking the pills for the last couple of weeks, so I can’t say what affect they have on my system. for me, this is a long term solution to a long term problem.

These ultimately helped quite a bit with my joint pain, especially after I'd been taking them a while. But then I've always had pretty good luck with this particular combination of ingredients. I'll certainly keep taking this. Great product. Highly recommended.
