I am a diabetic, and I get frequent yeast infections. I read that Caprylate capsule could help. I have been taking the supplement for a month (with the bonus MCT!) and I feel it is helping. The gel capsules are a little big but easy to swallow. I take one in the morning and one before dinner.

This is helping me with inflammation and a little extra weight loss. I also take aged garlic kyolic.

I think maybe I actually did have an overgrowth of fungus. I worked up to taking 5 of these per day.
