I was hesitant to introduce this supplement because I have a low tolerance for supps (I get nauseous or lightheaded). I figured out if I take this pill later in the day (after dinner) there are no side effects and my body is able to digest it properly. I only had a tummy ache one time when taking this supplement; I took it one morning with a smoothie. Definitely learned my lesson. After two weeks of taking this, my bloat is gone and I don’t have that horrid stomach discomfort I had for years (IBS). My waist is shrinking back down from the water weight and inflamed intestines and my abdomen is no longer distended. All this means is that I really needed a probiotic. Also, my skin hyperpigmentation has cleared up. I’m not sure if it is the new biotin supp I am taking or if this has contributed?? Oh yeah, I can feel my abs again!! Prior to taking this supplement, I worked out but it seemed I was gaining wait in my midsection at a fast pace which was not normal for me. I’ve increased my water again as well to an average of 1 gallon per day so I’m sure that is a major contributing factor. Lastly, I feel lighter. I no longer have that heavy, “stuffed” feeling. Extra info- since 2020 lockdown, I developed fat over my pubic bone (aka the dreaded fupa) and I could not believe my eyes! Even though I was physically active, I could not understand why I suddenly began to gain fat in that area. Well, turned out I was sitting more during that time and it caused a change in my body composition. Anyway, the increase in water, decrease in juice, lower carbs or no carbs in the mornings until noon plus this probiotic in the evening has gotten rid of that and my pelvis has zero fupa. This tells me my food had not been digesting properly. Great supplement to correct or ease digestive discomfort and to eliminate abdominal distention.

These probiotics are the best I've used so far. Along with a diet change, these probiotics have really mostly eliminated frequent gas and painful bloating I used to experience. They made such a difference for me, I recommend them to my mother. After a month of her gut adjusting, she loves them too! 10/10
