I have had excruciating menstrual cramps for 20 years. Sometimes I take off work because it hurts worse to sit up. I've been taking this for 1 month. I got my cycle and I am not in any pain. I can't believe it.

I had been trying to get pregnant for 3 months before I tried this product, but I knew something was off with my menstrual cycle and that my luteal phase was too short (9-10 days) because I was tracking ovulation closely. I found online that you’re less likely, or that it might take way longer, to get pregnant with a short luteal phase.
Since vitex seemed to increase this phase, and after reading all the reviews for this product, I thought I’d give it a try: I started taking it in the middle of a cycle, and got pregnant on the next one!
Once I found out I was pregnant I stopped taking Vitex by decreasing the dosage by half every day and after 2 or maybe 3 days I had completely stopped. I’m now 7+ months pregnant and have had a healthy pregnancy :)
It’s not possible to tell for sure but I personally have no doubt that I was able to get pregnant this fast thanks to Vitex (given what I knew about my cycle).
