Works gently and overnight. Does not contain Senna or Cascara Sagrada both known to strip the body of iron, which I discovered through suffering anemia for a period of time due to using a cleanse product containing one or both of those ingredients. I found this product as a result of searching for one that does not contain either Senna or Cascara Sagrada. This is the product of choice.
