It's unfortunate what people are used to and how context informs (or fails to inform) reviews.

This product is amazing - it's not only extremely effective (life-changing for me), but it is very easy to tolerate, taste-wise.

To one reviewer: this isn't sublingual, it's liposomal. Please use wikipedia or Google or something - liposomal encapsulations are intended to absorb through the gut. That's why you can't keep it under your tongue.

To other reviewers: no, it doesn't taste great. It tastes like what it is: vitamin B12, 5MTHF, and phosphatides.

On the other hand, it is a great dose of something many people need desperately, in forms (methyl-) that don't need to be metabolized (many people can't, and even those who can are better off just keeping their chemicals for other uses), and which can bypass the systemic difficulties in absorption (by hitching a ride with liposomes).

Meanwhile, the unworking (can't be digested) cyanocobalamin high-fructose corn syrup formulations are sitting pretty with uninformed 5-star reviews. Because sugar.

This is so much better then getting B12 shots..... Because it is liposomal it is absorbed quickly into your body...so there is no need to run to an office and get expensive shots when you can just conveniently take this ..... It gives me so much energy that I really need.....Jusy hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds and you're good to go.......
