Beta-sitosterol is a naturally occurring part of a phytosterol complex and has been studied for its potential to support prostate health.* A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial with 200 male subjects found that a mixed phytosterol complex providing beta-sitosterol supported healthy urinary flow over a 6-month period.
