My husband and I both have reflux and indigestion. When we take these enzymes with our meals we do not have any digestive issues.

These helped so much! I eat mostly a plant based diet but there are those times that you eat out or at a friends house and you’re not sure of all the ingredients that are going into the food. I would take one before one of those meals and experienced no bloating or uneasy stomach. Felt great! These are definitely a staple now
