The basis for the following formula is Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang as it appears in Li Dong-yuan's Pi Wei Lun (Treatise on the Spleen & Stomach). Ingredients have been added based on Bob Flaws's research and clinical experience. Blue Poppy's version is a 12:1 extract.

Well normally not a beet fan but with all its health benefits decided to give this a try..Taste good not your normal beet flavor. I've been taking it for a little over a week now, time will tell if my blood pressure goes down...
