Can I Cancel or Edit My Order?

Please review your order carefully, as we are unable to modify or cancel it after it has been placed. Working 24/7, our fulfillment team processes and packages orders almost immediately after they get them. Once an order is sent to them, it cannot be deleted or altered, even if it has not been shipped yet.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns on damaged items or if you received the wrong products. But please first email us (customercare@mysupplements.store) within 15 days of your purchase. When you get authorization to return the products, please include a short explanation of what happened. We will then promptly refund your payment.
