 Print the Custom Measuring Ruler at 100%, cut along the edge, and follow the diagram to determine the right size to order! Position the ruler correctly on your neck for an accurate measurement.

 Hold the ruler level, measuring from the neck's base to the outer edge of the bony protuberance at the shoulder. Don't consider any muscle mass beyond the bony outcropping. If you measure between two sizes or sleep on a soft mattress surface like memory foam or pillow-top, select one size smaller.
