This unscented cream provides 20 mg of USP progesterone per 1.3 g of cream, with each container offering approximately 65 pumps. To use, massage 1 pump into skin areas such as wrists, inner arms, throat, abdomen or chest once or twice each day. Rotate application areas. Premenopausal women should apply for 14 days prior to menstruation and cycle accordingly. Menopausal women should use for 21 days, then take a 7-day break prior to repeating.
