Diindolylmethane (DIM) (more than 98% pure) 60 mg

Other Ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silica, and magnesium trisilicate.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2-4 capsules daily with food, or as directed by a health professional.

I3C Plus does not contain: wheat, rye, oats, corn, barley, gluten, soy, egg, dairy, citrus, yeast, sugar, wax, preservatives, colorings, or artificial flavorings.

Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) and Diindolylmethane (DIM) are substances found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and brussel sprouts.
