These capsules overall are wonderful. They have a large number of cultures to cover whatever reason you need to take probiotics. I am allergic to dairy so yogurt is not an option for me. This product is a great substitution for that. I also like that these do not need to be refrigerated. They come in a special container to keep the freshness in. If I had one negative thing to say it is that they are capsules. That is because capsules are hard for me to swallow. I did figure it out though. If you take a drink of water and tilt your head forward, they float to the back of your throat!!! Overall the perfect probiotic!

I always get stomach issues when traveling to Mexico or Philippines. I don’t usually have a sensitive stomach and I’m pretty regular in terms of going to the bathroom. I’m pretty sure the water was the culprit of my travels, and even when trying to avoid the water, it would always eventually get me from the ice or possibly forgetting to use bottled water when brushing my teeth.
I read that taking a probiotic could help. I forget specifics now but this had the type of probiotics it recommended and it also said to take it 2 months prior and continue to take it after coming back. Of course I forgot, but purchased and started taking this daily about 2-3 weeks prior to my trip and I took a 7 day supply to take daily while in Puerto Vallarta. Happy to report NO stomach issues which is a first! I stayed in a nice resort but also ate out in town and had ice in my drinks everyday at every meal. I also used the faucet to brush my teeth and didn’t use bottled water for it. On the contrary, trips (state-side) usually constipate me since I tend to eat kind of bad while away from home, but I went regularly all 7 days . There was no taste or weird smell to the pills and the pill wasn’t too big or hard to swallow. I highly recommend and will definitely be using this and buying more in preparation for any trips out of the country in the future.
