Suggested Use: Boil one cup of water in a covered kettle. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of tea. Cover and gently simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink as is or sweeten with a bit of honey. Suggested dosage is 3 or more cups per day or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.
