I love the now product anyway but had not tried their women's multivitamin. All you have to do is check out the label and what's in it to understand it's a great value. These pills are big so if you can't take big pills I wouldn't order them however they are a jail type and go down very smooth. Now always produces a great product with a great value. I highly recommend!
