All I can say is thank goodness I found these fiber gummies! My issues of being plugged up are gone and I’ve only been using them 5 days. I’ve been taking 3 per day for the first week (I have 3 more days left) and if need be I will take 6 per day, 3 in the am and 3 in the pm. But finally I feel better, much more comfortable and all that bloat I had is gone! I’ve used other Smarty Pants gummies in the past and they too have helped

Best tasting ones I’ve read and most importantly - the B12 form Methylcobalamin is in it instead of Cyancobalamin. Organic ingredients too. So happy.
